To be honest, Hostgator support has been friendly and relatively knowledgeable 90% of the time on PHONE or TICKET support. If I get a slower tech person on the phone, I usually hang up on them within 1 minute and submit a ticket or call back; every time I've called back I ended up with a smarter tech support person and every ticket I've ever entered has been fixed within a day. justhost or hostmonster
