I am task to decide for my bro's new house. I believe, Indoor and outdoor lighting are two very different things, right? But how can you make a smart choice by using energy saving lights to illuminate both bathrooms and even outdoor swimming pool or garden? Please share your thought! Thanks!

only depend on your choice. Your home theme and many other factors also effect your chair.

If you want to save from lightning take advantage of daylight by using light-colored, loose-weave curtains on your windows to allow daylight. Decorate your house with lighter colors that reflect daylight. With these there is no need for you to put up too many lights.
