Till recently there is only update for Nexus 7 & Galaxy Nexus devices. As the site named “Android Police” has reported this bug and well acknowledged by Google, the final solution for the people app is still awaited. The Android 4.2 version will get the update in very near future as reported by Google software engineers. However, its humorous to see that they omitted the Jesus Birthday month. Some people may relate this with Mayan prophecy, but let’s not stick to that. It would be solved in recent times. The new version havin solved this app would be Android 4.2.1. Reports are suggesting that owners of the LG Nexus 4, the fantastic Nexus 7 and the new Samsung Nexus 10 are starting to receive firmware upgrade notifications that will take their Android installation to version 4.2.1, hopefully eradicating what is possibly the strangest bug yet on the OS.
